- Roller shutters and drive up access 
- Communal toilets and kitchen with cleaner
- Rolling flexible agreements. 
- Newly refurbished park with lovely river nearby and wildlife 
- New access gates and security fencing 
- CCTV to site 

Hybrid units Rental includes;
-  Buildings insurance cover. 
 - Water use charges, cleaner in communal toilets.

Hybrid units Rental does NOT cover:
-Business rates (But units may be eligible for up to 100% small business rates relief.
- Unit repairs. 
- Electric use . Each unit will have a smart prepayment meter for electric usage. 
- Internet 
- Bins or waste removal 

Container storage units are available with Store Protect at an extra cost to cover your belongings for damage.
